At this time we do not process exchanges. Please return your garment/s and reorder a different size.
Bras can be returned for full refund within 14 days of product delivery.
Panties are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
The bra(s) was delivered in the last 14 days, is in it’s original packaging, has not been worn, washed, and is free from perfume, deodorant and makeup.
The garments must have original tags intact and attached.
Please include the packing slip in your return package.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund.

Etched sizing is different, and we encourage customers to refer to our size guide before placing an order. The instructions found there will help in choosing the right size.
