Bras can be returned for full refund within 14 days of original purchase.
At this time we do not process exchanges, please return your garment/s and reorder a different size.
Panties are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The bra(s) was purchased in the last 14 days, is in it’s original packaging, has not been worn and is unwashed, is free from perfume, deodorant and makeup.
The garments must have original tags intact and attached.
Please include the packing slip in your return package.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund.
To make a return:
Print your return label and place it over the label on the original shipping box.
Cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We appreciate a written note for the reason of return, if not available in Return Reasons dropdown. Your feedback will help us make necessary improvements.
Please wrap the garment in the tissue paper to protect it during shipping.
