At this time we do not process exchanges. Please return your garment/s and reorder a different size.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
You send your return request within 14 days of item delivery.
The bra(s) must have original tags intact and attached.
The bra(s) is in original packaging, has not been worn or washed, and is free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, and smoke.
Please include the packing slip in your return package.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund.
Panties are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label. We appreciate adding a reason for return, as your feedback will help us make necessary improvements. Etched sizing is different, and we encourage customers to refer to our size guide before placing an order. The instructions found there will help in choosing the right size.
Bras purchased in person at pop-ups, boutiques or other events follow the same return process.
